Industry-SW ICT Convergence Association(ICA) is a government agency affiliated organizations “Ministry of Science, ICT and Future planning” and National Assembly (The Special Committee on the creative economy activation, The Future Creation Science Communications Commission, The Education and Culture Committee, The trade, Industry & Energy Committee, Strategy and finance Committee) is organized by a non-profit foundation established (August 28, 2014).
